We currently ship within the United States.

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During launches, promos, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer — thank you for your patience!

Shipping Time & Rates
Shipping times and costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. The Purple Drop is not responsible for packages delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

Weather & Carrier Delays
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or events outside our control — but we’ll always help you track down your order if something goes sideways.

 


 

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Because The Purple Drop is a food and beverage product, we are unable to accept returns.

All sales are final.

However, if there’s a problem, we’ve got you.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

• A photo of the issue
• A brief description of what happened

We’ll happily replace the item or issue a refund when appropriate.

Refunds (If Approved)
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges at this time.
